Great location within easy walk of the main attractions and close to the airport bus bus-stop and a supermarket. Neat clean rooms with everything in working order. Highly recommended.

The staff was not on their best night. Forgetful and not on point. They excused themselves. Not the worst, certainly far from great. The bar could be awesome, but the details were far from good. Did not look like a 4 star place, very sorry to say.

Didn't stay here but I came in one day to meet someone . The hotel lobby and restrooms are very very clean and luxurious looking, I'm not really sure about the prices but it would be a very good option to stay here, specially cuz it's centrally located.

Lobby is the best part. Good location. Rooms are decent. Restaurant was terrible. Food was delivered cold and then when they brought it back out they had reheated everything, overcooking half of it.

Nice hotel in the center of Granada. Excellent service, breakfast buffet and dinner (included with my booking). The room is a bit small for the price, but other than that, I've got no complaints!

Two large single beds pushed together! Romm clean and bright, with good views. Mini bar in room. WiFi worked as you would expect in a hotel. No shoe shine in room. Shower was a good size with plenty of room & sufficient hot water. Room service quick and efficient. Can't offer any comments on restaurant or breakfast quality.

This Vincci hotel is a 4 stars. However, basic services are inexistent. No doorman to help you neither when you arrive nor at your departure. Staff was discussing in Spanish (and complaining among themselves) while attending an American guest that there are only about 30 parking spots but lot of demand. They double check if they could take this guest car. Overall staff is far from the traditional super amazing and kind mood Spanish people always have. Breakfast is what is expected from similar hotels. Room isn't at the same level of others 4 stars in Spain. Hotel has a nice decor, well located and quiet.

We got a room with very very small window and a strange smell. At least, it was quiet and beds were OK. But the hotel refused to keep our bags for some hours after the check out so we could walk the city a little bit. First time ever that it happens and we travel a lot! Granada has better options, I'm sure. I don't recommend.
