Excellent price/value and kind staff. Everything clean, good located and delightful breakfast. I can't say something bad about this hotel. I'll be back soon on it.
Great accessible location and parkingBut. Walls are made of paper. Not thick paper or cardboard, more like toilet or tracing paper. As in gentle coughing next door sounds like it's in the room with you.
Some bits look posh but basically it's a shopping mall atrium with a big lobby, small room for food, and some rooms.
Lot of amenities. In the city centre. Rooms are quite spacious. Car parking is not free. The gym is very small. Restaurant is nice.
Great value for money. $100 a night for a king bedroom including breakfast and parking. I’ve paid double this for hotels with similar quality.
Clean and has a variaty of nice facilities. Breakfast is not the greatest but staff are nice and it’s quiet cheap if you book a room without it, only €8 per day.
Stayed 2 nights. Junior suit 438. It was a bit small but functional. Our bed was a bit small but very comfortable. Fantastic bathroom with a huge amount if complementary items. We had a 10yrs and an 8yrs old with us. It was fine for out whistle stop tour of Granada. Taxi to old town about 7 euro and about the same up to Alhambra Palace. Plenty of breakfast selection.
Very good experience overall. There were some initial issues with AC and hair dryer but they were promptly fixed. The breakfast and dinner buffet were also very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to explore Granada.
Larger, clean rooms and clean hotel all around. Kids area, small gym, small pool, spa, & tennis court. Free WiFi in room and lobby/throughout (had better reception in lobby, reading rooms, etc than my personal room). Just outside the old city center but still convenient to stores and transportation. Helpful staff.
Need to provide more combs. Nice spacious. Room service is a little late. Too much crowd in main lobby sometimes. Overall pleasant big rooms.
Still here as I write this review. It is a very smart and modern hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is very large and there are a lot of guests here as it is Easter holidays. Breakfast had a lot of choice and there was a restaurant manager present, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and stocks were replenished. Mini bar is a rip off, with cans of drink costing €3.50 each. Why hotels don't charge a more reasonable amount I don't know, they must end up throwing lots of it out as it goes past the best before date. The air con was switched off in our room, which may not bother the locals but 25°C at night for us Brits is too stuffy. The centre of town is about a 15 minutes walk away. There is an underground car park which the hotel can provide a slightly discounted rate for. It is costing us €44 for 3 nights. Overall, happy with the hotel.
everything was good except for the fact that they only give you one shampoo per each person per day though it may be different because I was here for a trip with 3 people in the same room with me
