First time at the Tanit. What a lovely hotel nothing at all to complain about. Would use it again and definitely recommend it..

Great hotel, fantastic location. The staff were all welcoming and friendly and check in was a breeze. The only down side for single travellers is the single rooms are very small. Having said that they very clean and have every amenity you could need. Great Stay Lovely staff will come again .

very disappointed with this hotel, I have booked my hollidays from lovehollidays I have paid £700 for 10 days. So basically my reservation was double room with sea view. When I got to the hotel the receptionist didn't speak no English at all and looked at me like I was stupid so I try spoke with in Spanish. He took my documents and my voucher saying in 15 minutes he will give it back that your room enjoy.
When I saw my room I wanted to cry since I was single male he gave me single room with single bed and view to brick wall, that's is not what I requested.
So straight away I went down and complain saying I want another room, he laugh and said sorry we don't do double beds or double rooms for single people. I try ring love hollidays and no success I ask for my voucher and he refuse giving it. So I stayed in that room because was too late to get refund I needed somewhere to stay. The worst thing was the next day when I left my money on the room and €50 have been gone, once again I went down and the another person was there and he said sorry nothing we can do about it, it is your responsibility to take care of your money. No if u have people cleaning and been paid for that, in on hollidays and I'm not taking all my money with me all the time in case I lost it. Very disgusted with this.
Please never stay in this hotel they will abuse of you and steel your money. If you wanna take the risk do it I won't againresponse / report this review -

The views from the room was really good,I didnt stay there but one friend from Holland comes and choose the hotel,and what I could see was very nice,and the hotel was very near from the sea,so we can go almost immediately,the experience there was very good and the room was very comfortable.

Not far from the Benidorm old town en the Poniente beach. Some rooms have a view at the harbour. Friendly and professional staff.
