Just back from 2 weeks with Saga at the Kaktus. Beach very close, good amenities and local shops. Friendly and helpful staff in reception, restaurant and bar. Room comfortable, good views. Good variety and quality of food. Have booked already for next year!

The hotel was very good and the location was perfect, it is quiet yet near benidorm so if you want entertainment you just need to catch a short bus ride.

Great location at the beach.
Rooms and beds are fine.
Breakfast is okay.
Staff at reception not very personal or friendly, they could use some people skills/training.
Terrible paid wifi.
Buffet limited and most items swimming in oil.
