Lovely hotel, clean, great food selection. Easy reach for Benidorm's drinking venues and a lovely walk along the promenade right along to the old town. Near to the market and tourist train stops

Stayed at Pueblo 2016, very good. This year2017, no single rooms available so stayed at the Venus. Disappointed with the size of room and was at the road side of hotel, no sun on the balcony. Otherwise staff good and friendly, good food , clean. Overall , would stay again if I could choose room location.

Great hotel. The staff are so friendly. The main hotel has the best rooms and gets the sun on a night. Beds abit hard. But added blankets. No kettle in the room. Fab indoor pool. Plenty of choice of food wasn't struck on the dessert. And you have to buy water for your dinner meal no tea or coffee on a night. There isn't a life guard. Close to the beach. Booked to go again. Had noisy room next door and loud snoring. So hoping to get a end room. Would recommend it.

We've stayed in 2 other hotels in Benidorm and this is by far the best. Glad we got to stay in a complex and not in the main hotel block, only because of lifts. Our room was spotless and cleaned every day. Pool area is lovely, with plenty of entertainment, if you like that kind of thing. Food was excellent, always something to eat. Every member of staff we came across was very helpful and friendly. If we return to Benidorm, we'll definitely book in here again.

All About Location. This hotel is really not bad at all. Lovely pool area, good selection of food and clean and tidy. Rooms a bit small but hey its Benidorm, who wants to sit in their room? Great value for full board. But as stated at the beginning, the hotel's location is the most important thing for me, close to bars, shops, restaurants, no hills to climb but far enough away from The Square to not be kept awake by noise. Pay for a 3 star, expect a 3 star and you will be pleasantly surprised.

The hotel is great and has WiFi which is awesome. The hotel entertainment on a night is quite good. The food is lovely can't complain at all. They have 3 pools one is a heated indoor pool which is lovely. The rooms are nice, the only problem is the balcony is too small but apart from that its perfect.

Second visit here, food is edible. I learnt today if you don't tip the staff they can get offended. I noticed earlier as a lady started smashing about the receipt tray. Haha made me laugh, but really though. I'm still thinking about it. The pool is quite good but I think it should get cleaned more often. When we arrived I noticed there was a lot of stuff in the pool floating around. Still there at the end of week 1.

Staff are usually really friendly, they understand my pidgeon Spanish, happy to order you a taxi and knowledgeable of the area. I've had parcels delivered here too.

Lynn is very helpful and booked all of our group to stay at the hotel.

Noisy neighbours but partly due to the walls being really thin.no sound proofing. I haven't been getting more sleep at all. It's a cheaper holiday but I would like to not hear the people either side of me. At night people tend to sit on the balcony (after midnight) and chat and drink. Problem is i would much rather sleep than listen to them shouting to others at their hotel room!

There's also no aircon at this time of the year so i have found the room too hot at night, if you have the door open, you get added noise from outside. Sleep is important to me, also there's no gym here.

Food: there's always a good selection, this year I haven't been gong mad on the deserts. I could see myself gaining a lot of weight here. 🤣

Cleaners are very good she's looked after us and given us pegs for our clothes and bags for my laundry. She also lets us sleep in.

Shower seems to have some drainage issues but the pressure is just fine. I did find it a little small in there and if your using the toilet; open the shower doors to give yourself extra room. Compact

Lovely rooms, delicious food, and great entertainment - all at a low price.

The Hotel Servigroup Pueblo (or simply Pueblo) is a very well decorated hotel which greets you with very friendly multilingual staff. The rooms are very clean, and many services are available including laundry.

The buffet of food, available three times every day, is very tasty, and the choice available rotates every day for every meal.

The pool-side entertainment ranges from aqua-aerobics to water sports to giant inflatable slides that people of all ages can enjoy. A giant TV also allows guests to watch news, sports, and entertainment while soaking up the sun.
