My wife and myself have just just come back from another stay at the Prince park we have stayed here many many times before and it always improves everytime.the staff are lovely the food is very good always something for everybody.hotel is very very clean thank you all for your hard work we hope to return for many years to come

Had a great time would really like to give a big thanks to the desk staff. More so the lady on the desk when we had problems with our transport to the airport NO thanks to JET 2 who left us high and dry .She really done the hotel proud and helped us get to the airport Can't wait to rebook.

Nice clean hotel staff are very friendly and courteous good is good and facilities too better than three stars which is allocated 15 mins from beach same to nightlife so peaceful on return from a night out would have no problem returning to this venue again

Its very clean. A good location. Far enough away from old Town for some peace but easy walk into it. 15 minutes walk to beach. Mostly Spanish occupied .Opposite a park. Bus stop out of Hotel 5 minutes walk the No 2 bus will take you to La Cala and Carrefour shopping centre. Staff all speak English and are very helpful. The rooms are of an adequate size. They have small fridge of which is a charge. A charge for the safe. You can hire a iron from reception. No tea making in rooms. Furnished balcony and clothes airer. Our room No 718 was top floor overlooking the park and pool below. Sun on balcony most of day. Pool has shower and adequate sunbeds and umbrellas. Entertainment of some sort every night. Free wifi everywhere in Hotel. Free air-conditioning in rooms. Queuing for lifts as there are only 2. Food very monotonous. Limited choice but good. I would stay again.

This hotel is located in a nicer part of Benidorm, not as much noise has other parts. It is a fantastic hotel though, but up a slight hill. The staff here are all great and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Within 10 minutes walk of Levan te Beach and Old Town. Varied choice at meal times. Garden delightful
