Magníficas vistas desde el mirador del comedor. Carta de temporada. Te sugieren las mejores opciones, y se puede degustar una amplia variedad de verduras, carnes y pescados de temporada. Los postres son caseros y merece rendirse ante sus diferentes opciones, desde el helado, el hojaldre, etc. Interesante lugar para ir en pareja y pernoctar, pero también en familia o con amigos. La atención es exquisita

Dont let the satnav guide you into the old town ! . Super little hotel . Pre book a room with the view over the surrounding countryside. Perfect for visiting this truly wonderful jewel of the Basque Rioja country. Really comfy bed. Private terrace with fabulous view. Good price.

The hotel Marixa is in a great location in Laguardia and there is limited accommodation available in the town itself as it is so small. Our room was small, there was only room for the double bed, a small table, and a massive aircon unit. The bathroom was a little tired looking and there was a balcony which just had one shabby chair to sit on.
We hadn't had to use the aircon during the day as we had simply left our bags and spent the day in the town. However when we returned to the hotel at night the room was like a furnace (I think it must be above the kitchen or some form of heating) and there was no choice but to turn the aircon unit on while we attempted to sleep. This was not easy as the aircon unit was incredibly loud. It was like sleeping with a generator at the end of the bed.
As we were only staying at the hotel for 1 night we didn't complain however if we had been staying any longer we would have had to asked to move rooms.
