I went with my wife to have something, the restaurant was very clean and the drinks wasn't very expensive so we had a good time, the service was fine the employers were very educated, the location is their weak point because in my opinion its too far.
We only spent a couple of nights here, and to be honest I was glad that was all.
If you just wanted somewhere clean to sleep, and do everything else outside the hotel, then this is a good place to do it. Clean, cheap, in decent location and the beds were comfortable enough. If you want more from your hotel, then maybe stay elsewhere.
We had booked one of their studios, but when we arrived there were two problems, well 3 if you count the fact that the stairs to the studios were steep & narrow and there is no lift. Carrying luggage up and down was a good way to loose a few holiday pounds. The other issues were that when booking, we requested facilities that simply were not in the room, we didn't get what we booked. Also the room was basic – I lived in nicer when I was a student at university. I did read a comment on google (I think) that the advertised pictures of the studio rooms looked like they were from a different place – I agree.
We walked straight back to the main hotel, and they gave us one of the hotel rooms instead.
All the windows have metal shutters on the outside (you open them from the inside). I think this says more about the security measures the hotel needs to take in this area more than anything else.
The rooms were still basic, but more acceptable than the studios. There was wifi, but so poor it was unusable. It was clean, and the beds were fine – singles pushed together, not attached, nor a double. The room was noisy though – both noise from the street and noise from adjoining rooms. I slept poorly the first night due to this. There were few electric sockets in the room, not good if you want to charge up phones, tablets, use other electronics etc. there was a TV, but they way it faced, you couldn't really watch it from any of the beds.
There was a towel rail right across the front of the sink, this meant (1) It got wet from the water taps (2) You had a rail digging into you when you bent over to brush your teeth wash your face etc. (3) Smaller people and children couldn't reach the taps as the towel rail pushed you further away from them.
We were bed and breakfast, and I am glad that was all as the breakfast was poor. How can a hotel mess up a breakfast? Well they did. Poor quality food, cold and overcooked. The 'restaurant' had too many tables jammed in. If someone stops in an isle to clear a table, move something or anything else, no-one else can move past or around, everyone has to wait. You couldn't move without pushing against others' chairs (and I am not overweight). There is going to be a bad accident in there if there hasn't already been – it's too tight and crowded.
As I mentioned at the start, if you just want a bed and were intending to party in Benidorm, then no problem, this a good priced hotel in the old town by the sea front. For anything else, maybe look elsewhere.
Worth every penny. Cheap full downtown.
The best is that the hotel is very near beach, in fact you can see the sea from your room's balcony.
Todo muy correcto
Amazing
Wonderful friendly staff. Cleanliness excellent, great location. Home from home. Full amenities also. 👌👌👌
Great location in the heart of Benidorm Old Town. Large modem rooms with a small balcony and great air con - all that's missing is a refrigerator. Buffet style meals were good too.
Worst hotel I I have ever stayed in
