Poor service and terrible attitude. Rooms weren't ready and was made to sit with our bags as there was no space left in the luggage room?
The floors were dirty and the food turned up pretty much cold. There rooms also look nothing like there photosresponse / report this review -

Bedrooms are very basic . Food on first day not good but rest time enjoyed . Staff friendly. Was a good long weekend .

This hotel is very comfortable and clean. There's always lots to do. The staff are very polite and friendly, especially the waiters and bar staff. The food is beautiful and well presented. We would come here again.

If I could post a -5 star this would get it had room door kicked in and staff not interested in calling police wouldn't stay there if they were giving it for free

without a doubt our worst every stay in any hotel around the world.
which can only be made worse due to the fact its our 3rd time at this hotel' a football let lose at the top of Everest couldn't go down hill faster that this place.
we had no sleep due to stag and hens shouting and screaming from dust til dawn with no security to even attempt to keep them in check.
the food was slops on its best day and un-describable on ts worst .
it is dirty' under staffed and unsuitable or anyone under the age of 18 or anyone with a brain cell.please be aware .avoid avoid avoid..

First you cannot set the door to not automatically lock be very careful not to lock yourself out stupid design

Handle missing on patio door two balcony quite tricky to open

I can live with it but we thought the food should have been better
The coffee machine for no good reason is turned off for lunch and you can only get a drink I go into the counter and asking someone

The elevators are too small and slow for the size of building they can easily be very long queues and waking several minutes they can only fit a maximoff 2people comfortably
Conclusion
For a cheap hotel it is pretty good I wasn't expecting a five star hotel would stay again but unfortunately I was not impressed with the area
