Not great but clean and compact. Staff very friendly. Wifi only works on ground level.

Location good in middle new town and old town rooms basic very noisy on main road in food awful ..breakfast basic but the same each day ..which was fine for me ..toast .scrambled egg mmmm cold tomatoes cold hot dog style sausage s evening meal only went once ..in 4days pizza chicken burgers awful very small eating area and basic we only paid 190.00 for two of us to stay and now we know why cafe on side of hotel always busy cheap drinks (alcohol) a lot of Spanish in wont return to this hotel .but location great

The cafe is great and had a lovely selection of snacks and beers. Great local atmosphere and a short walk from the old town in Benidorm.

Awful place . Rude staff ,So noisy had nearly no sleep. Reception staff didnt even acknowledge us when we left , housekeeping walked in without knocking , awful place would never set foot in that hell hole again !!!!!!!!

The current evening staff at the restaurant/bar are thieves so beware especially if you are an English tourist. My wife and I have been visiting the old town for 20+ years and we can count on one hand the times we have been ripped off but it has happened twice this week at this establishment. Charged 5 euro for original for a local Martini (should be 1.80 euro according to another customer) and 4.80 euro for a Baileys. Staff had guilt all over their faces when confronted but all four shamelessly denied any wrong doing and said there was no drinks menu available indicating the prices when we asked! We will visit again tomorrow to take it up with the management but tourists please beware.
