Stayed two night there, optimally located close to the city center and Guggenheim (short walking distance), parking easy to find, friendly staff, spaceous rooms. To recommand!

Very good hotel. Easy walk to the Guggenheim, to the old town and to the restaurants and bars of the central district.

River view rooms are a good size and great outlook. Helpful staff.

Rooms a little tired but not too bad. Comfortable beds

I do not agree with the four stars. Dinner was bad, room was small and aircon did not work. Staff was a bit rude and not very welcoming. Breakfast was great :)

Very good hotel. Staff most excellent. Room very nice. Location is great. Only short walks to bars , restaurants. Hotel bar is reasonable and has a good view across the river.

We had this weekend an excellent experience over three nights.
Great rooms with river view and very spacious as well. Excellent cleaning level also in the bathroom. Really great great service of the people in the reception area including the very kind manager who helped us a lot with all kind of touristic questions and also gave us for free vouchers for the Guggenheim. One of best places we've stayed in the past years and for a fine price thru Travelbird Group in the Netherlands.
We would recommend highly of course after such an experience.

Amazing hotel, perfect position, I was lucky to have a view over the river.
It is very close to museums, to the train to the park, and short walk to the old city.

The price is just a little bit higher than the competition, but acceptable for a 4* hotel near the Guggenheim Museum. Friendly staff members helped us in a professional way. The rooms are clean & well maintained.

Sometimes the promise of Hotel Hesperia (luxury for just a little bit more) isn't kept. For example, the public restrooms are cubicles with blurry glass and no locks. There are plenty room amenities, but you need to pay for nearly all of them. Because of these little improvement opportunities I left the hotel with slightly mixed feelings.
