Nice place, staff and well located close to Pozas and other nice restaurants and bars in Bilbao centre. It has a very nice bar, not cheap, where you can enjoy your drink. I have attend several times to business meetings. There is a kinf of nigth club in the basement. The parking is a kind of tetris but very efficient. Some rooms need to be renewed but still ok.

The location was perfect. Small rooms but very clean. The staff attention was awesome and they hace a very good selection of whiskeys (at a good price)

Great ambient, with awesome 360° views of Bilbao. Highly recommended to visit, have a nice chill out drink on the terrace and enjoy the city on sunny days.

The Ercilla is easily one of the best Hotels you will find in Spain. We came here to celebrate our wedding and the fantastic staff of the Ercilla Hotel left our 60 guests and us speechless. Beginning with the excellent and more than friendly organisation of the event by the group department lead by José Luís, continuing with the the Maitre Carlos and his staff who were on top of every detail and fulfilled every wish before we could even think of it, reception who were helpful in every way, all the way to the doorman Antonio, who was always there when you needed him and carried all our equipment to all places we needed it to be. From the outside the hotel may not seem like much but the inside is fantastic. The rooms are clean and definitely more than you would expect for 4 stars. The piano bar is chill and relaxing, the rooftop offers views all over the city and an exciting bar. Once again, what makes this place truly special is the service. I've only seen this level of service once before and that was in the 5* luxury hotel Ritz in Madrid. After we left it felt like we left home, I can only recommend the Ercilla for a marvellous stay in Bilbao. Thank all of you for making our wedding so special, not a single of our 60 guests had a complaint. We will be back soon, until then muchisimas gracias y agur!

My family and I we are organizing our wedding at the Ercilla hotel. We didn't know exactly what to expect apart of what I heard about the hotel in the University. Once we arrived the Doorman was so helpful, him and the bellboy helped us carring all the staff we brought (a lot) with a big smile in their face!!! We felt at home at the same moment we enter at the Hotel.
The room was just amazing, very very nice Suite facing the Main Street and everything was perfect. It reminds us a lot to the Ritz Madrid Suite, just lovely beautiful room!!!
Moreover, The receptionist were super kind, nice, polite and make us feel at home at the first moment.
I work as Front office also and I can just say that they were excellent!
Nevertheless I could not forget to mention the person who is gonna make the best day of our life possible, Jose Luis. The best event organizer I ever met, he was helpful, suggest us things, organice everything and be the best Event professionals we could have chose. Thank you for making the experience of our life!!!!!

Stayed for one night during december for leaisure. The room was simple but confortable. Everything very clean, but the shower controls were a bit rudimentry. The staff and location were impecable.
