Great hotel good value with clean nodern room and excellent bar and restaurant. Service was exceptional. Good parking too.

The rooms were OK. We had the superior room which isn't really superior. It had no extras and don't be fooled! The pictures they show of the superior rooms are with balcony's, well guess what? Ours didn't have a balcony.
The swimming pool is small, and almost all the time in shadow because of the trees. And they got a sport club which causes a lot of noise so you won't get your rest there.
The location isn't good. It's far from Barcelona centre. It will take 45minutes to get from the centre to the hotel and an hour from the airport.
Worst service from staff I have ever seen. And this is sincerly mean. I forgot my keys in the hotel, but the staff does nothing to make sure it finds it's way back here. I have called, e-mailed, even made a Spanish friend of me call them and he clarified that I just wanted my keys back. I get no reaction from this hotel and they have chosen to ignore me. They are not willing to post my keys even if I offer to pay them money. During my stay the staff already acted up! Already a month got by and they do nothing. I will never ever recommend this hotel to no body!!response / report this review -

Nice location, slightly aged interior. Good breakfast. Had some difficulties to sleep on the first floor due to an event taking place in the basement so the noise protection is improvable.
