The location of the hotel is excellent, and couldn't be better! Rooms are spacious and clean, bathroom being noticeably larger than comparable hotels I've been to. Staff was very friendly and allowed us to enter our room earlier than the 2pm time minimum. The hotel has a great lounge area on the fifth floor which offered an excellent place to relax during the warmer days in Girona. Some items that could be improved are the pillows (a bit flat) and the shower which constantly fluctuated between hot and cold water (annoying!).

Overall a very pleasant experience, even with the two downsides mentioned above in mind.

Good service and room. The bed was on the small size for someone used to a queen sized bed. The pillows were on the flat side, but we brought our own. The underground parking is very small and difficult to access due to the size.

Good location with friendly staff. Rooms were clean and tidy, however tea/coffee making and ironing board could be provided. Limited shower gel considering the weather. Terrace was lovely at night but nowhere to sit during the day. Had room only so can't comment on breakfast. Wifi in room was good.

Nice hotel located 10 minutes walk to the historic centre. They allow small dogs which is nice to know if you like travel with you dog.

The staff were excellent, the rooms clean and well maintained. The hotel is pretty quiet, too. My only complaint is that there are no clothes irons in the rooms and you can't borrow one from the front desk- they have an ironing service that takes about an hour and isn't free. It would be much nicer if you could borrow an iron OR use an ironing service. We were preparing to attend a wedding and didn't have an hour for the service and then no access to an iron.
