We loved the proximity to Girona's historic center, the large room and bathroom. Staff is very kind too. Note that you have free access to the jacuzzi-pool. The room was clean and tidy although, as other people have mentioned, the maintenance in general could be better.

We are highly disappointed by the attitude of the staff. We made a booking for us as a couple and our 10 yr old daughter. She usually sleeps with us when on holiday as it's family time. When we came to the hotel the lady on the reception very kindly re confirmed our booking and we asked for an extra bed. She said it was 30 pounds a night and no worries we signed a piece of paper and got an extra bed. on day two we decided not to have an extra bed so I came to the reception to get it removed so our daughter could sleep with us. No chance the front desk told us that we were going to get charged anyway !! Extremely rude, no explanation and when I tried to explain he could not care, he just shrugged his shoulders and left the matter as dealt with. We have to keep paying for the extra bed even if we are not using it! This is shocking!!

Great place to stay in Girona. We stayed here as part of a cycling tour and it was awesome, very stylish hotel with a plaza just around the corner. Short walk over the bridge and to the cathedral and all of Girona is there for you.

Lovely hotel with such lovely staff. The lady who checked us in gave us the lowdown on the Game of Thrones attractions so we didn't need the tour, saved a fortune!
The room was lovely, the breakfast great and the little spa was good fun. I recommend this place and will be back!response / report this review -

Clean rooms, large bathrooms, ideally placed for the sites. Really helpful and enthusiastic reception staff with excellent English. Nice indoor pool. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic hotel right in the middle of the center. A lot of resturants just a minute walking away. Very nice personnel and great rooms. My favourite place to go.
