The hotel is very fairly priced. It is in a great location, so nothing is too far away, especially the beach. The train to Barcelona takes roughly 40 minutes and when I went there weren't any late trains back, so be sure to get back to Calella before you end up paying too much for a taxi

Great, pleasant and helpful staff. Ask about their daily excursions, I just finished a day out in Barcelona. The tour guide spoke 4 languages, very informative and pleasant, quite reasonable in price too.

Ok at check in, not much information from the desk girls, just a quick hello and some leaflets. We meet our rep with Thomson the next day, and we were not impressed but that's for another review. Food is good but dinner time gets really busy so go early. There's a lot of stairs, even on the 4th floor, so you have to go in the lift especially with a pram but with so many floors in the building it's hard to catch a ride in one without it being full. The beach is only down the street, but you have to cross under a train track bridge. Your room is cleaned daily no complaints here. Pool side can be busy but is great for a family. Entertainment on an evening is fun but a bit like cheesy Butlins. All round a good place to stay but its only day two so will have to review more at a later date 😁

Great location, some higher rooms have sea view. Staff very friendly. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. The entertainment team are fab. Special shout to David and Susie. All the team put lot of energy into all shows.

Clean and basic, enthusiastic staff and always something good in the restaurant.

If you like having dinner/breakfast in a senior-center-like atmosphere, then this Hotel suits you well. The food was beyond belief disgraceful. I've visited many hotels throughout Europe and this was by far the worst. The staff is incompetent and blatently rude. Knocks on your door at 8 a.m to kick you out of bed to clean the room. DO NOT GO HERE if you want to spend nice holidays

Third time of going, we have taken 5 grand children without their parents and have had a whale of a time everyone. Friendly, helpful staff, nice airy dining room, meals buffet style where we always found something we enjoyed to eat. Clean comfortable airconditioned bedrooms, cleaned daily and towels changed as required. Comfortable bar and lounge areas and gun entertainment which the children loved. Super swimming pools and short walks to town or the beach, going again in late July 2016, this time with a sixth grand child; phewww!!!
