The heat was a little too high and there wasn't a way to turn it down, but other than that, a good place to stay and friendly staff

Rooms are not that big but neat and clean. We had dinner in a traditional Castillian restaurant by the corner and coctails at the hotel. shuttle service to the Airport was very convenient and Internet worked great

Very dated appearance. I had to change rooms twice on the first night, in one, the curtains wouldn't fully close and the other smelt of drains. The aircon wasn't very powerful, the pool was closed. Breakfast was OK. Front desk staff on the night I changed rooms were very slow, there was a large queue and you could see staff having their breaks in the office around the corner and when I was served, they weren't particularly friendly. All other staff very friendly and helpful. Clean.

The hotel is a decent one, close to the airport, room is also nice, nice bathroom etc. There is a few downsides; I am normally taking the early flight, but shuttle bus doesn't leave that early. When I leave the hotel early I eat early dinner around 18:30 but kitchen first open at 20:00. But it is still not the worst hotel, it is ok.

The room and service was good quality. But parking was an issue. It was meant to have a car park but I ended up having to park on the street which was difficult as there are very few spaces.

Things are so hard to find in Barajas, but once I finally arrived I found the service friendly and accommodating. The rooms are small, but well appointed, and quite comfortable. Of course, the airport shuttle is a must, though you have to communicate with the hotel to have it pick you up. I prefer the hotel a couple doors down, whose name I can't recall, but I've stayed at each place several times with much satisfaction.

Food was awful, blood in chicken, no choice of dinner. Was put here due to cancelled flight. Rooms were good.

A bit busy. But convenient for early flights. It has a free shuttle service.

As I only needed an airport for a quick overnight stay, Be Live City Airport Madrid Diana was my option. Close enough to the airport, with a shuttle included, it seemed like a good option.

The airport is connected to several bars, and also has a number of shops which might interest some guests.

The rooms are a bit outdated; the bathroom had the minimum commodities and felt a bit heavy. The walls are thin and conversations from other rooms were easily heard. The internet in the rooms was very weak and frequently disconnected.

Breakfast was reasonable, although the selection could have been more diverse.

Recommended if you're looking just for a sleep for the night.
