We go there for lunch during weekdays since the price/quality ratio is great. Excellent food menu for 16€!

To sum it up - a really great hotel! So let's have a look at the details:
Location, less than 5 minutes walk from the train to/from Barcelona and about 3 minutes from a great beach. A lot of restaurants nearby (though I lacked a supermarket). But couldn't be any better.
Rooms, decent spaced and very modern and clean and in good condition. Very efficient AC even when 35+ outside.
Facilities, superb swimming pool open until 9 every day. Is actually bigger than it looks (I would say 15x6 m). Nice bar next to the pool (no, it is not a pool bar). Decent WiFi. Separate pool towels are also included in the price.
Food, breakfast was great with plenty to choose from. The kids found plenty to choose from as well. Restaurant was surprisingly cheap for a hotel restaurant with very quick service. Except for one of the kid's pasta dish, the food was great.
Staff, very polite and spoke good English (and managed to understand my lousy Spanish).
Value for money, skyhigh! To quote the ex-governor of California: "I'll be back".response / report this review -

A very nice hotel, with mostly seaside views, though not on the apartments. The rooms feel very clean and in good condition. The pool is good, but has a bit too few sunbeds. The restaurant prices are ok, but I didn't try the food, since I the apartments have kitchens, though no ordinary oven, only a microwave. The staff are friendly, but not very in-your-face, which I found positive. Overall, one of the better hotels I've stayed in.

The hotel has an amazing view from the terrace to the harbor and sea. The room is spacious, clean and good looking. The bathroom as well. Also, there is an amazing bar and pool. Simply love it! Enjoyable place, definitely plan to visit again. There is train station nearby and trains to Barcelona on each 15 minutes. From the hotel to the center of Barcelona is around 40 min. by train.

Excellent Hotel with great views, loads of sun and spacious rooms. Well located to either enjoy the beach or take the train to Barcelona. Also easy access to Mataro city centre to enjoy real Catalan food and shops.

Staff is nice and professional, food is great both for dinner and breakfast, the rooms and the rest of the hotel have an interesting and modern design. Architecture is very enjoyable. The view on the harbour is great too, especially at sunrise. They have a nice spa with 30€ per hour massages and a nice swimming pool. Great value for money.
