Very good hotel didn't stay here only had lunch but was very good when you stay in htop hotels you can have a meal in any of them

I love it hotel staff from reception to bar staff to restaurant staff are fantastic the only let down would be the entertainment it is poor but we need our own great hoilday

Perfect place near the sea, good food, once you've got your all inclusive card you can even go to any of the nearby H.TOP hotels for a drink including one about 10 meters from the beach.

Really nice hotel. The room was nice, lovely view out of the balcony, the food was good and the entertainment was amazing. The staff were nice, especially Mika. But, one of the staff on reception seemed quite rude. Overall, a really nice hotel.

Went there back in 2012 And It was a Fun Experiance, If you get the right room you get a great view of the bar area, Warm, Love the food, Fun and a Good place to go Im actually going back tomorrow! 27/3/16 with my school, Can't wait! :) Cya tomorrow H-Top ;)

A horrible stay in this hotel, we were kicked out of breakfast as the head waiter wrongly assumed we had not paid for it, to only further check that we had, this was in front of the whole hotel we did not receive an apology and this was very embarrassing. The manager is a rude and unhelpful individual who has no respect for her customers, when complaining to our travel agency about our stay at the hotel she claimed lies that we were abusive during our stay and ripped the paint off of the walls of her office. We had a nice holiday due to the fact we spent the majority of our stay in another hotel and only returned to ours for sleep and breakfast. Do not recommend

Rooms aren't really nice or cozy, have bad smell through out the building. Doesn't resembles any of the photos on the booking website.
