Is a very good Hotel of Caldes. There is in plaça de l'angel, 5. The service are good and it's very clean. There is in a very good place of Caldes because there is in the centre.

I am only writing about the spa as I have never stayed in the hotel nor eaten in the restaurant. However I have visited the balneari several times and it is one of my favourites in Catalunya. I perhaps am not typical as there are some things that I appreciate that others might not. For me this is the perfect place to relax and bathe in healing waters. The staff are friendly and helpful and most importantly they do not follow you around telling you what to do or when to do it. The spa is small and has several little pools and a hammam or steam room. The steam room is wonderful, like a cave, and you can come in and out as you need to. The pools have a setting to make bubbles but I personally prefer to float and to relax and so I love the possibility of being quiet and restful and sometimes alone. The most important thing is that for me the waters of Caldes de Montbui are especially high in happiness medicine. I often come out of this place singing and with a lightness of step which was lacking when I arrived. I am conducting research into the balnearis of Catalunya and I thoroughly recommend this one. But don't all go at once - I like to keep it for myself!
