Our 7th year here and Been here 2 days and as always feels like home!staff are wonderful and good friends, the hotel has been updated but it has not lost its warmth and welcome.. that comes from the people who work here not the refurbishment though that is fantastic too!. Still have much laughter and Sangria to go!!! .come see it for yourselves😀

Stayed for two weeks all inclusive. Very good hotel! Lots of sunbeds available and the pool is just big enough! Snacks included in the all inclusive are very very good and the drinks also! Very nice staff (especially Oscar in the bar and Carlos in the restaurant)! Everything was always very clean!

Location is good and the hotel is clean. You re just about few minutes walk to the beach and main shops and restaurants. Only 1h15 train journey to Barcelona centre as well. Staff is mostly friendly and they all gave good service.
Main negative points are the all inclusive board not being so all inclusive (a lot from the bar is not included and you need to check the menu to make sure the star sign with "AI" is marked by the drink or snack you want)
The second point would-be the lack of entertainment and variety of food. The buffet is basically similar every day and some meat and fish are reheated for few days in a row which can be a bit interesting..response / report this review -

It's great! Staff are lovely and it has a very nice atmosphere. The only thing is that there aren't that many English people, and the pool tastes of salt. And some staff can be grumpy. Apart from that it's great!

Had a great time, really nice hotel and staff
-Room-
Had a great time during my stay there (1 week), had a newly renovated room with a fridge, Television, air-conditioning, terrace, and so on.
The room was cleaned every day, and had no problems, everything was tidy and clean.
-Food-
Food was nice, only too much sugar!
During the breakfast there were a lot of croissants and other sugary foods, there was fruit, but these were dry and sour.
Dinner, A lot of variety, the theme dinners were really nice, one evening in American style, and the second one in German style.
-staff-
very friendly and helpful, my girlfriend had an accident while kayaking, and the hotel staff provided help and ice for her bruises.
-overall experience-
Nice place to stay, i would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.response / report this review -

Good food, very clean and the people are nice and helpful,
Hotel is 4 minutes from beach and around 6 minutes from town centre and was quite quiet we had 7 quiet days holidayresponse / report this review -

Brilliant hotel. Really friendly staff, English widely spoken throughout the hotel by all staff. Food is good on all inclusive. Really enjoyed our stay here. Beach only 2minute walk away and ontop of local train station going into Barcelona.
