Lovely hotel very close to the Alhambra which was are reason for visiting Granada.
Hotel is very clean and comfortable.
The starff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent with lots to chose from.Would deffinately stay here again.

Beginners food first one was good, second one was crab soup, which tasted like Lidl's lobster soup, finally beef was overcooked. Disappointing really. Wine and coffee were good.

The hotel is a wonderful place consisting of lovely rooms decorated beautifully and excellent bathrooms (toilet facilities). The room we stayed in had a beautiful view of Alhambra but the only area not up to these high standards was the food in the restaurant. The food was fine but over priced even though the view was spectacular. The service was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend buying cocktails and enjoying the view from the bar. The Wi-Fi was good and parking was available. It was a chauffeur service. Location wise this hotel is great as It is walking distance from Alhambra Palace and other tourist attractions. Highly recommended!

To be fair, it has great location and good view over the city. But the accommodation facilities, services and food at restaurant are all below my expectation.

Rooms are old, and most importantly it has only very limited plugs. So we have to choose whether to charge our phones or watch TV.

I arrived at 2 pm, the scheduled check-in time, but it still takes them another hour to get my room ready.

Food is, well, not far from disaster.

There is just one word I can think of: Average. The only positive I found was its proximity to Alhambra and the view it offered from room/cafe of entire Granada. Apart from this, it was kind of disappointing. The buffet breakfast is just ordinary with nothing special. Rooms are small with decor that seemed very outdated and not classy. Overall it felt highly over priced. There are better places to stay in Granada.

Very well decorated hotel. Had lunch on the patio which was good stop on the way to the Alhambra. Had a great view.

Just went for a coffee and drinks. The place is simply astonishing. Inside the decoration resembles the Alhambra, with similar walls and arches. You can have a drink on the balcony, with great views of the city. It's a must.

Dining was at Alhambra Palace was a nice experience. Very good service and interesting food. We also had the chance to watch an amazing flamenco performance.
