  How can it be that pedagogical services should be paid exclusively in cash? How can it be possible that for the doctor to prescribe the medication in case of needing it the patient must pay € 100? First time I hear something like that and I hope last. It is unacceptable that no card is accepted, it makes no sense beyond what we can all think.
