It was 2 years ago in July that I went to the store and asked him to recommend a mattress and a sofa. I only asked that the mattress be good and that he look at the people who were going to sleep on it so that later it would not sink. 2 days after putting it on, they called me that the mattress they put on me was not mine. After a short time I had to complain because all the fabric was cracked. After 5 months I noticed that it was sinking, the pandemic got in and in more or less around September of Last year they came to look at it because it was the base of the sofa that could not support the weight of the mattress (something that the clerk had to know as a professional) I was waiting until the end of March of this year for them to change it and today they have not I called to ask how it is. I've given up. The mattress keeps sinking when you get into bed. The base makes noise like a 30-year-old bed. I won't recommend them!!! And I edit my review because they tell me that there is no broad commercial relationship with the photo

Tardaron 5 meses en traerme unos muebles que dijeron que estarian en un mes. Encima de traerlos tarde, los traen defectuosos o rallados, los pobres montadores tuvieron que subir varias veces un par de muebles y volverselos a llevar, ya que ellos mismos alucinaban al ver que volvia a venir mal, uno de ellos por las escaleras ya que no cabia en el ascensor. A todo esto al llamar a la tienda, ya que ellos no daban noticia me imagino que por vergüenza, no me daban fecha en concreto de cuando estaria todo. Le echaban la culpa a tranportistas que si han llevado tu mueble a ferrol, que si el fabricante no tiene palabra, a todos menos responder ellos mismos. Eso si, me sueltansi nos puedes pagar ya xq ya tienes algun mueble puesto!!!! Lo que me faltaba! Pagar y hasta luego lucas! Madre mia hay que tener poca vergüenza para pedir el dinero de una venta antes de entregarte el producto bueno a todo esto el mismo dia q me entregaron todo fui a pagar religiosamente. Eso si, quedaron en venir a ajustarme las puertas del armario y los railes de una cajonera y hasta hoy sigo esperando despues de casi un año. Resumiendo, seriedad ninguna, palabra ninguna, muebles caros que venden por excelente calidad y son calidad media buena, plazos no cumplen y cara pidiendo pagar por adelantado.
