We had an exceptional holiday experience. The hotel was of the highest standard in both cleanliness and facilities provided. We want half board and enjoyed fantastic selection of food and very attentive staff. So good we had no hesitation in booming again for same time next year.

Staying for a week as a guest at the hotel. The hotel is beautifully clean, rooms are spacious and comfortable with a modern and clean look. Staff are exceptionally friendly and very helpful! Would definitely recommend

Hotel ,staff and food was fantastic.entertainment brilliant.
Very good value for money and great for young and old together.
Adult only area on roof if you want to get away from the kids.

Well presented. Nice restaurant with plenty of choice. Clean rooms in good condition. Easy 20 minute walk to parks only having to cross one minor road. Easy walking distance to beach and shops. Only thing that lets it down in a very cold unheated pool. Oh and having to wear silly swim hats if you want to use the small heated indoor pool in basement.

Really nice hotel, great staff good location walking distance to Port Adventure food is good.
However it's the entertainment team that have made this a great holiday.
They try to get everyone to join in and have a laugh during all the activities.
Water volley ball with Rafa (Alex) score keeping and changing of the rules as you play have been a highlight for me.
My wife and seven year old love the water dance as does just about the whole pool.

Good entertainment and facilities. Friendly

Staff very friendly. Hotel very clean and orderly. Vast range of good quality food. Easy to see why it has been rated number 1 hotel in Salou on TripAdvisor. I recommend it highly.

It's a beautiful hotel and in a lovely location not just in the middle of a town. There's a short walk to the shops and beach and there is also a short walk to the theme park too

Great hotel with a really good location. Reception area looks a little dated however the rooms are top standard. Really beautiful and clean. We were gobsmacked with the food service, especially the dinner which had so much variety and everything was fresh and tasted great :) Would recommend this hotel

hotel is situated nicely between the theme park and the beach. it is close the train station to take you to Barcelona. staff were great very friendly and helpful.made easier by the fact they spoke English too
