This was my first hoilday abroad ever , the hotel is a lovely place the staff were pleasent and helpful rooms are basic .we went in September and the entertainment had just been moved to another htop hotel around the corner it was still nice to relax there . also there is a English pub just across from the hotel , and the shops and beach are a 5 min walk and approx 15 min to the next town. Also there is a train station and other transport to get around . would go again

The rooms are alright but very small when 3 people are staying in it. The all-inclusive is a bit strange with you having a card for a glass instead of a wrist band. Confused about the 2 levels of all-inclusive still having to pay for drinks that are local made. The fact that it was a 3 star hotel is amazing very basic hotel. The pool area is a joke looks great in pictures but realistic. The water cold and tiny.

Absolute dive. The food is not good enough and the rooms are a shambles (we had a luxury aswell) kids were devastated so we changed hotels after a night. Would not stay again. The staff were the best part of the hotel all extremely friendly, funny and really helpful

The food is good for the price. Rooms very basic and clean (no tea or coffee facilities or hairdryer etc) beds are uncomfortable.
For the price it is a good hotel for short stays but wouldn't recommend for 2 weeksresponse / report this review -

Had a great week here. Staff helpful and friendly, and rooms spotless.we were B&B and the breakfast was lovely, I will miss it! Pool best in the afternoon when the sun comes round, but Royal Sun is just over the road and their pool has sun in the morning, and a discount as it is HTop also. Beach is gorgeous and just across the road via underpass. Plenty of food options in Santa Susanna if you're not all inclusive. Some people will moan about anything but we had no reason to. The pic shows the back of the hotel with a little park. Kids loved it.

Good value all-inclusive, reasonable food. Bar tariff confusing as to what is free with all-inclusive and what is extra. Good sized family room. Poor first impression - arrived late evening, no essential information leaflet given. Told cold snacks available in bar but surly barman claimed it was too late. Grudgingly made 4 very unpleasant sandwiches.

we were at the Hôtel between 20 -27 October room 526 everything was perfect restaurant had the best food staff super nice. the best bar service plenty of beer cocktails cola fanta coffee hamburger hot dog sandwich this was rikitig all inclusiveresponse / report this review -

The all inclusive side of things is very minutes.. Only about 3 drinks are actually free.. Everything else is just discounted.
