It is a good hotel. The furnitures are in good conditions, but it is far from Barcelona. It is highly recommended that you rent a car if you plan to stay here and go to Barcelona.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The area is quite far from the attractions in Barcelona. I ended up booking a hotel more to the center. Our hola bcn passes did not work in this zone so we ended up paying extra for buses and trains in this area. They did not have an iron or coffee maker. The room was pretty big. Our room had room for 3. There are a few restaurants nearby, we enjoyed La Llesca a few steps away. There are 2 supermarkets nearby and buses 320 and 345 that take you to Barcelona and/or the metro.

Hotel reception impressed us with their hospitality and politeness. When we came earlier for 8 hours before our check in started, we were offered to check in earlier and got no exta free for that 8 hours. Hotel is clean and really good staff.

The location is okay, just 15 minutes walking from a small and cozy center with some bars and restaurants. The rooms are clean, but if you search hard enough you'll find some dust and dirty spots though. The beds are fine, I had quite a good rest. And even though the hotel is next to a highway, you won't notice the sound. And when you close the curtains, wich are very good, you won't see it too. The service is good for the price, the staff is kind and always willing to help. But there isn't many staff, to keep the costs low I guess.

Great Hotel, right near highway to Barcelona, and a beautiful park for running. I would also recommend beaches around Mataro.
Rooms had a minibar, AC, WiFi and we're enough large.response / report this review
