The hotel is good, location as well. The breakfast is just perfect.
However, given the star rating and the room price over 300€, some things are just unacceptable
- The toilet paper. There is a point where public school has a softer one, and also where it simply hurts.
- The elevator system. Average wait time is over 4 minutes, don't even think about going back to your room after breakfast. You may even get extra lucky and "we could not locate an available elevator for you, please contact reception". 17th floor, I went on foot.

I love this hotel. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home. The room we are in is incredibly comfortable. From a window that opens partially for fresh air to blackout curtains that overlap and allowed us to sleep blissfully until 12:30 in the afternoon. The King bed is very comfortable. Finally the incredible view of the Ocean and the pool. There is nothing like laying in bed and seeing nothing but Ocean.

One of the best Hilton experiences I have had from a ton of Hilton hotels around the globe.
Posh and spacious interiors and spectacular views from the room. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I would like to congratulate this hotel for having a special individual allocated to guest relations unlike other hotels, Mr. Christopher (Guest relations manager) is fantastic. He became like my friend and guide. Such a nice gentleman, guided to the right places to tour, eat, party and have a good Barcelona experience.
The breakfast is elaborate and tasty. The F&B supervisor Mr. Eduard looks personally on to every guest satisfaction. There are several open sky terraces in the hotel, like the pool beach area, executive lounge and breakfast restaurant. Overall great experience.

Nice location (I enjoyed walking along the beach to get to the city center, but you have to be aware that’s 5k+)

Food, rooms, service - all is great!

Breakfast organization is a little chaotic (and it’s super busy at the breakfast).

If it was a better value for money, I’d give it 5/5

Absolutely perfect. One of the best experiences I ever had! Service is excellent and the premises very clean and spacious. Many options for breakfast and really well made. Only 15-20 minutes from the much crowded city center, it is highly recommended!

Great location. Near beach, main roads, shopping mall across the street with excellent restaurant options. Staff was friendly and helpful. A little on the high side for price.

The rooms were spacious. We had a shaving outlet that didn't work, an event took up the lounge for the entire time we were there, there's no space in the fridge for anything larger than a couple water bottles since they packed it with food and drinks that you have to pay for but charge you €15 to remove anything that they placed in the fridge. Meals were way too expensive for the quality. The bar in the lobby had nice staff and were great.

Good location for the conference centre. Bedroom furnishings were not what I'd expect with the headboard and chairs quite scratched up. Pool was too cold to be enjoyable. Good staff and service generally although the staff around the pool were not so friendly or efficient. Drink prices at the pool bar are ridiculously expensive, €17 for a G&T!

Well placed property. Shopping mall with great restaurants located just across from the hotel. Taxis available right outside the hotel entrance is a great plus! Staff really professional helpful. Rooms are getting an upgrade; ours was already done to modern scale. PuroBeach Club runs the pool/club area. Really upscale to be prepared to spend some $$€€ if you intend to use the club! Housekeeping always on point! ! Great stay!

Amazing hotel. The roroms we're excellent with wonderful views. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We had lunch there too and the staff were so friendly and kind. They gave us so much food and treats. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit Barcelona!

Loved the hotel! Great location, just outside the busy city but close enough to visit the highlights of Barcelona by public transport or taxi. Also a great modern mall just across the street, perfect for shopping or dining. Beautiful sea view and great breakfast options. Nice and helpful staff.
