We stayed at the Gran Melia Colon in October for a couple of nights. We booked a Junior Suite with a Redlevel pass giving access to a VIP lounge that had an array of drink (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), snacks, and newspapers.

The suite itself was nicely appointed and spacious with plenty of closet space. Nespresso machine with pods were available for us to use at our leisure in our room. Free bottled water was a nice touch and much-appreciated. The bathroom was large with a stand up shower, full tub, separated toilet and double sinks. One of the neatest decor feature was the pictures that were painted on each room door. You felt as if you were walking through the halls of an art gallery. We were pleased with our stay at this excellent hotel!

5* & Super. Elegant and Excellent services. Very good breakfast. Located right in the centre of the historical Seville, we walked everywhere. Lots or restaurants in the vicinity. Good shopping area. About 15 minutes walk to the Cathedral and Alcazar. Quiet area.

This was an amazing hotel! The lobby, dining area and bar were spectacularly decorated. The rooms were also amazing. The hotel staff was superb. They greeted us from the moment we got out of our cab. They helped us find the best way to the different sites in Seville that my husband and I wanted to visit. The location of the hotel was perfect, it's just off a main street but super close to great shopping and the Catedral and Alcazar. My husband and I were really impressed with the fantastic service we got (considering most big chain hotels). Definitely will be back!

Five stars all the way. Rooms are beautifully decorated yet so comfortable. The marble is gorgeous! The shower was spectacular. Breakfast buffet the best we've had in Spain.

We were made to feel very special. Champagne upon arriving is all part of the Red level service, also its own service desk means that your every need is taken care of. The staff are are very helpful. Nice touch that after helping, they told me their name and said that I was to ask for them should further assistance be necessary. The room was excellent with a larger than normal bed. The executive lounge is good with a nice selection of drinks, food and cakes. However as a tea lover no tea pots were present. I had to ask for a tea pot to be provided every time, which of course they did without any fuss. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Very beautiful lobby, matter of fact, the most pleasant one I personally felt of all during my 20-day trip to Southern France, Portugal, and Spain In 2016. Very large suite for couple with ample floor space for the largest luggages 3 in a row. Nice clean bathroom with white bathrobes, very considerate. On the door to each suite there is a religious painting, different but in full frame which is unique and quite appealing. Delicious dinner menu.

A lovely five star hotel with all the amenities one would expect. Great location for exploring the older parts of the city, most of the emblamatic sights within easy walking distance. A Flamenco performance is provided free of charge every Sat evening. It has a spa and rooftop terrace with loungers for sunbathing and a hot tub. The staff are lovely. Car parking is available by porter service to a nearby secure car park at a cost of 34 euros a night.

Everything was perfect. Nice staff, excellent rooms, clean, great service. Breakfast is awesome with both buffet and à la carte. Bar is nice though obviously expensive. Would definitely go again.
