The front desk staff is very friendly and good location next to large supermarket. Rooms were a bit on the smaller side as seems to be typical with European hotels. Ours had a really bad odor that just would not go away even though we had the window open and AC on. It smells kind of like dust mixed with BO. My least favorite part was the noise between rooms coming from the cleaning crew starting in the morning all throughout the day. They were yelling and laughing and moving beds in and out of the rooms. If you're staying here for business and will be out of the room by 8:00 then this won't be an issue for you, but as I was here on vacation trying to sleep in this was big for me.

booked here through a package with Costco travel. Fairly modern. Seems business oriented. Breakfast buffet was amazing selection but room smelled of smoke and bathroom door was broken. Rooms need more power outlets.

Location is still walkable to main attractions as a tourist. Air conditioning is strong - very necessary in the heat! Note that even though this is a new building, water still smells (like sulfur, most likely due to water source). Reviews for other hotels complained about a sewage smell, so I thought it were due to old pipes, but it appears it could be a city-wide issue. Gym has free weights, and roof deck is open late to enjoy the nighttime view even after the pool is closed.

The room was amazing only stayed for the weekend but very large hotel with a 15 minute walk to the cathedral perfect for a business trip or weekend away or longer.

Typical 4 star hotel with all the amenities one would expect. An extra nice feature we liked was the terrace swimming pool and bar, excellent view of the city. The buffet breakfast was also top notch. Late check-out and breakfast for Sunday morning was nice addition.
