Decent hotel in a decent area

Clean but very bad service. We asked for a pillow case because one we had seemed used and someone showed up with it pass midnight, more than four hours later. Internet not good. Shower goes cold and hot continuously. Located too far from main attractions. Never a Eurostar again.

Location is good. The facilities are excellent as well but the WiFi is very unstable and could have improve on that.

Excellent for the price! Room & bathroom are clean and sufficiently spacious. 20 min walk from the cathedral.

Good location. Underground parking is available for a price - but limited number of spaces and given on a first come basis. Ask for one of the newly renovated rooms.

Strange smell of ammonia, dodgy bathroom door that barely closed that was partially see-through. Was otherwise nice and roomy.

Very poor. Noisy, and able to easily hear the rooms above and to each side. Bathroom door doesn't fit the hole or lock so you need to be really comfortable with your travelling partner. Beds were very uncomfortable. However staff were friendly and you can book parking online if that's your thing.

Rooms are EXTREMELY noisy! Couldn't sleep do to people talking and shouting at the lobby and had to wake up earlier then expected do to same issue. Definitely don't recommend and will never come back.
