Excellent hotel, highly recommend. Clean, spacious and great location

One of the nicest hotels in the area! 5 mins walk to the metro station and 3 stops from heart of Downtown! Super clean rooms and amazing amenities! We had a minor issue of some noise in the room and the manager Gabrielle was very quick to rectify the problem and also upgraded our room! We also had access to the Level lounge and it was perfect with snacks all day along with breakfast and drinks. It's private access only.
Shopping mall is at the front door across the street with brands like Mango, HNM Calzedonia etc.
Also there is a soccer stadium right behind the mall. Don't remember the name.
The swimming pool was closed and they have above gym at the first floor. One thing we noticed is that we never had to wait for elevators, they were really quick and on an automated call system.
Breakfast had a lot of options and the choice of drinks was great.
The service at this hotel was second to none! Absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to enjoy their the stay.
Parking is 20€ a night but there is a street next to the parking which has free overnight parking from 8pm to 9am and also free between 2-5pm. Other wise it is 1.7€ for 2 hrs. I paid a couple of euros for 2 days of parking.response / report this review -

Great modern hotel, recently refurbished. About a 20 minutes walk to the cathedral and old town. Bar prices are very good, 3euros for a pint, 7-8 for cocktails. Fantastic buffet breakfast.

Not sure about the "dirty" and "smelly" because I haven't felt it. I can say that the staff is very helpful and friendly, the entrance and the bar is amazing, the room is gigantic and bright, the pool has salted water and just makes you feel like your in the beach. I'm enjoying it very much tbh.

Nice lobby, but very old hotel. Dark rooms, old furniture, mildew in the tub, customer service to get a iron was difficult, but a very nice lady brought it up with a smile.

The room is very comfortable, clean and attractive. Staff is friendly, but a bit busy at this time of year (Semena Santa). The wifi is pretty bad by most modern standards, and could use some upgrades but is usable in off peak hours

On our way back from getting married in Gibratar we stayed a night here and treated ourselves to "The Level" experience. It was really cool to feel like a VIP for a night. The staff was amazing, spoke good English, and treated us like we belonged there (even though it felt was fancier than we did). This extra 50 Euros for the more expensive room gave us free (included lol) appetizers, unlimited free drinks - beer, wine, anything else you can think of, included breakfast etc. All the food was some of the best I've ever eaten. My only tiny downside was the lounge was very empty at eh time we went (down season in February) so it was a little too quiet, but we enjoyed the extra exclusivity nonetheless.
The rooms were very nice as well, with mini bar, beautiful shower and a wide variety of pillows to choose from! We didn't venture downtown this trip but there were a few nice restaurants to choose from in the area for our short stay.
Overall great experience and I'd say we'll be back!response / report this review
