Great experience. A very well prepared tasting menu accompanied by a great variety of wines. The cuisine is modernist, with touches of Japan and the Caribbean (the chef is from Dominican Republic). Highly recommended.

Updated review: although El Club Allard continues to have an excellent service, a respectable wine list and a unique venue, it hasn't recovered from the departure of Chef Guerrero. Many of the dishes were missing key elements: some lack more flavor, others even miss basic seasoning and others deserve to be sent back to the kitchen. It is unfortunate, because I considered it the best restaurant in Madrid.

Tried to make an online reservation via their website - but their website is UNSECURED TO ENTER CREDIT CARD DETAILS, which are needed in order to secure the reservation. Tried from different devices and different connections - all UNSECURE. It's a problem with their site. I contacted the restaurant via facebook requesting them to contact me in order to secure the reservation. They saw the message. Never received a response. For a restaurant of this caliber to have an unsecured website while requesting the customer to enter credit card details which are vulnerable to hackers and third parties is a big NO. Very unprofessional.

Amazing. Chef Maria is talented in bringimg unique flavors and combinations you want see at many restaurants. The staff are well informed and cater to your needs. In my humble opinion this is one of the best restaurants in the world. Highly recommended to those who like a unique gastronomic experience.

It's as good as you would hope it to be. Not cheap, but when it's this good you're getting your money's worth. Two people, 14 courses each and two bottles of wine, almost $600 CDN. Budget a minimum of two hours and maybe three. But absolutely tremendous.

We made a point to stop here on our last night in Madrid, and we couldn't be more pleased. The reviews for the place are spot on. Great food, atmosphere and staff. Very lively spot on the Saturday night we went. Recommend!

Pretty nice. My intestines didn't fall out after eating here so that's definitely a plus. Food here was great, fed me well and the servers were nice. The bathrooms didn't even leave a sticky feeling on the bottom of my shoes! Very nice! Would recommend to anyone visiting this great country!
