Magnificent Peruvian Japanese fusion. Very good everything. Of the best of Madrid. It is inside the guindalera market and it is curious to eat only inside.

Quirky venue, wonderful welcoming owners and delicious fusion cuisine! More a Japanese than Peruvian, so not for purists, but highly recommended! Reservation an absolute must.
