  Let’s just say the best things we had were the wine and the olives, both out of the hands of the restaurant! The o’cacho was bad - cold, served on a hard toast with a cold zucchini underneath. The burgers were salty and dry. The service was careless. I wouldn’t try this place. Sometimes as tourists you want to be in a touristic space for the experience but this is a bad call. Maybe have an espresso?

  Horrible, rude waiter, picked us out as tourists and tried to get rid of us in an ugly manner at 11:20 pm, while the locals were still eating. Even took my drink at 10.15pm before I had finished it! We are here for work here for four months, and definitely we will never come back here, and definitely wouldn't recommend it to any foreigners in the city or my colleagues. Worst experience in Madrid by far.

  Amazing place with fantastic food and atmosphere and very friendly service! We sat outside with the misting umbrellas which was so refreshing on such a hot day! My travelling companion and I were STARVING after touring the city and this place delivered the most amazing burger I have ever tasted!

  Excellent Restaurant. Lively atmosphere out on the plaza.
  Our Server Juan was excellent with his timing and the details. He took our order within 10 minutes of seating and we didn't have to wait long for our food. Our burgers were amazing, great quality beef with a double Pattie cheese and ham. His mannerisms were polite and we ended ordering more food as we didn't feel rushed or pressured to move despite being a busy night.
  He offered a free lemon shot at the end of our meal which was delicious after our 2 slices of brownies withvanilla ice cream.
  
  Great staff. Excellent food. We will definately be back.
