100% recommendable.
We bought a car from Madrid and absolutely everything has been as Javier promised.
He has resolved all our doubts and has provided us with facilities of all kinds so that the purchase will take place with the greatest guarantee and peace of mind.
It is the first time that I buy a car online and I have had the great luck of finding a serious company that gives you the peace of mind that everything will go as they say it will. Javier's availability is absolute (I give faith because we have spoken with him on the weekend and at hours outside of customer service) and he always gives all kinds of explanations with maximum professionalism and kindness.
He facilitated the transport of the car to Madrid, and when the car arrived, everything was as promised, he even gave us facilities with an insurance issue that he did not have to do, but that helped us to be able to enjoy the car from the first day.

We bought a second-hand vehicle from another province and they were all facilities.
Excellent attention during the transaction, answering questions even during weekends. They took the car to be checked by the official brand service before the purchase to make sure that everything was in perfect condition and they even helped us in hiring the warranty extension.

Hello;
I think you have to be fair and share good and bad experiences.
In this case I bought the car from Bilbao and despite the distance the process was simple and fast. There was a misunderstanding on a feature of the car but we were able to reach an agreement and it was half paid, which is much appreciated.
My general assessment is good and I would buy the car from you again if I had the chance to repeat it.
