I came from Germany to pick up an item I ordered online to this store.
Compared to other LV stores and considering it’s in Spain’s capital city, they had very few sales assistants.. maybe because I came on a Tuesday?!
Any how they have someone right at the front door with an iPad attending to you immediately, asking for your needs and telling you to please wait for a SA.
I waited a good 15 mins.. but in the mean time I was free to roam the store and they have a little desk area with sight seeing books and such. Made the wait more bearable.
SA herself, like all the others it seemed, very nice and professional.
Everyone I met so far at this place could speak perfect English.
Always expect to wait! So don’t come in in a hurry. Enjoy the experience ;)

The employees were not interested and not friendly. There were a lt of security guys and employees just standing around without asking if they can show something. I guess they sell enough. So it is not necessary. But not to me.

LV just lost a loyal customer. I asked if my wife dose not like the gift, they said its ok you have up to 30 days. Next day we changed for other items and they refused to refund the remaining balance. Simply the manager said its your fault for not asking if 30 days is for refund or only change!!!!
