  Best customer experience I've had in Spain, Carlota was so nice she gave us a ride from and to the bus station so we don't have to walk with our bags. Also after searching a lot for the best prices in Madrid I found that they were the cheapest and they also have a discount for students on top of that. Also they have insurance and cameras and the space I got was amazing! Thank you sooo much Carlota you're very nice, cooperative, super friendly, considerate, and communicate perfectly!

  It was a very nice experience. Carlota came to pick us up to help us with our bags she was very kind and helpful and they have the cheapest prices lastly, Carlota is THE BEST!!!

  I stored a suitcase here for just over a month while I travelled around Europe. Their 1 meter x 1 meter storage space was perfect! The facility was secure and very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was able to set up everything from the USA before my trip. I compared as many storage places as I could, and they had the best pricing that I could find. I highly recommend this business!

  las instalaciones son buenas limpias , el precio bastante correcto , el trato excelente cercano sobre todo julian nos atendio muy amablemente y la verdad de todos los trasteros que he contratado el mejor en relacion calidad precio y trato lo recomiendo al cien por cien.

  Las instalaciones son correctas y adecuadas, aunque hay algunos "peros":
  
  - Pero el acceso 24 horas está limitado a contactar con el guarda de seguridad, esperarle y que te abra. Nunca ha tardado demasiado, pero siempre me ha parecido un inconveniente.
  
  - El material está hecho polvo. Las escaleras están destrozadas y casi me mato con una de ellas, que es un peligro y no se tiene en pie. Y esto no es por el uso: esta escalera que comento, la primera vez que la vi ya estaba así de mal.
  
  - Las carretillas son incómodas de utilizar.
  
  - La luz es escasa e inadecuada.
