After checking the web that they had a dermo-cosmetic product, I went to buy it at the pharmacy. When making the payment, the price was 10% higher than that indicated on the web. They told me that the price on the website was applied to orders for home delivery or collection in store and if I wanted to qualify for the discount I would have to return the product, buy it online and pick it up in the store. I do not think I will repeat, because a little bit I felt that I had been taken for a ride (almost € 6 difference).

Thanks for your response. I'm sorry you didn't like my review, but I've also been as transparent, honest and sincere as possible when writing it.
Precisely because I support small businesses, I cannot understand how a customer from the neighborhood has to pay 10% more than a customer from anywhere in the country who places an order through the web. I think it is you, with this type of policy, who do not encourage the neighbors to buy in the neighborhood. I have felt that he was teasing me for supporting neighborhood commerce and I have expressed this in my review.
As for the option of making a return for a product that I had already paid for in order to have to buy it again on the web, it seemed nonsense, that's why I told Esther (whom I do not blame for anything) that I did not was necessary.
I think you could use my review to see an area for improvement instead of just taking responsibility for the negative impact it can have on your image.
