Wide open aisles and spaces makes shopping with 2 children in and on an Uppababy stroller (one on the skateboard) much easier. Sherries are 0.50 to 1.00 euro cheaper than the grocery stores downtown. So, bulk up! Almost everything you need is here and are likely much cheaper than anywhere else. Check out the 1-euro sales close to the entrance and other food bargains at the opposite end. Its airconditioning had been an added bonus, particularly during the long hot Andalusian summer months!
Accessibility: A car or the circular buses (numbers 9 and 10) will get you here. Located about 3.5 km drive (10 minutes) from Plaza San Miguel, Jerez de la Frontera. Parking is aplenty but avoid hours 19-21:00.
Suitability (for a family with children): There is a playground nearby (see separate pending review).
Services/bathroom: not observed.
Shade: indoor. Also some shaded parking.
Stroller/wheelchair accessibility: Spacious enough for both wheelchair and our Uppababy. No need for a ramp. Need to check availability of a reserved parking for wheelchair.
Foreign-friendliness: no problem.
Food: Big variety and cheaper than most; have ecological/sustainable food section. Some ready-made food is available.
Others: It would be easy to spend a day at this commercial center with the nearby movie theaters, playground, plenty of shopping and restaurants, and even tank-up your car at the (so far) cheapest rate we had seen so far with a 5-cent-per-liter discount after grocery shopping at al Campo.
Downside/for Improvement: Need to check if it has a baby-changing bathroom. The parking slots are tight, especially for large family cars.
Timeframe of visit(s): regular.

Very clean and spacious. It's nice that they also have organic products. Although I didn't see any frozen fruits or vegetables for smoothies, I guess you can just freeze your own :)

Al Campo, jerez has a variety of quality products compared to other supermarkets. The prices are reasonable.
