Overall experience is fabulous, The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.The place is ultra clean and is always better than expected.Meals are nice and stay is very comfortable.
Wonderful location with excellent maintenance and perfect cleaning. Elegant furniture and welcoming environment. All the staff: customer service, reception, gardening, recreation, animation, restaurants, room cleaning and service, spa and beauty, diving center full dedicated to deliver the best service.
The management always seeks for direct feedback from customers which is great.

It was a great choice to stay during our honeymoon.
I like many stuff about that hotel:
- one of their major success, they are truly care about customer satisfaction and feedback from them, they have team that taking care of that and taking organized and random feedback from the guest.
- i really like the decoration of the hotel, it is beautiful classy arabic style mixed with the modern simplicity.
- the hotel built on a kind of slope towards the beach with a way that most of the rooms, can see the middle of the hotel and the beach.
- Despite the beach was actually rocky, but it is a great spot for snorkelling, where many coral reefs and fish in front of the beach, i really enjoy it, i also uploaded 360 pic of it.
- facilities are great with many swimming pools and private pools.
- the open buffet restaurant have a variety of food, despite some of the food might not as the standard one :P but overall very good.
- there is a different kids show and entertainment show at the evening everyday, which is a great attractions.
- there are 5 different specialized restaurants, we have chance to try the french restaurant as a honeymoon gift, it was really nice.
What I didn't like in the hotel:
- their excursion office offers some of the tours overpriced, some of the tour cost more than the double than the outside package, although they claim that they include a better insurance.response / report this review -

I stayed in the resort back in 2013, things have declined since particularly in the main pool area only one rest room to serve many, some lower pools no public toilette. also my room bathroom is not clean, towel exchange service is poor and in one instance there was not fresh towels to exchange due to laundry shortage.
food and beverage are not lacking in variety and abundance but in quality. In the future I will stay somewhere else when looking for a 5 star plus experience. On a positive note, all workers and staff were courteous and helpful. Bananresponse / report this review -

It was a great decision to choose this hotel. It truly provides the service they promise and much more. The staff was always willing to help in a friendly manner. they made us feel at home. The room was very comfortable and there are plenty of amenities in the hotel, so we didn't need to go anywhere else. The beach itself isn't good for swimming, but it's mainly because Sharm is a diving area, so if you want to swim with colourful fishes a little bit deep in the sea, this is your place. I will recommend and surely go back to this hotel.

The resort is excellent and I would recommend it all in this resort and the rooms are excellent. The reception service is excellent. The pools and service are excellent. The sea service is very good. The restaurant is very good service despite the pressure. But there is no variety in eating either the meals are not fast fare especially at the Italian restaurant on the sea. The performances and the teams have not been the same as the previous years. In the end this is my fifth residence and I would recommend friends at this resort. But the food should be improved, especially the Italian restaurant on the beach, and secondly, the performances and events of the years that have passed are much better and better

The accomdation is good. Everything was perfect except the desserts and the animation team. The animation team was very bad, I am really not sure if the hotel had one!! The activities were poor and the night show was boring. On the other hand, rooms were luxurious and clean, the staff was very friendly and also the food was very good, except the desserts as I mentioned before.

The landscape is perfect, everything is green and everything blooming. I will say one thing: workers clean up green landscape with bare hands on his knees. This is the highest degree of devotion to his work. Special Thanks to the Hotel for team of employees. These are the best waiters, cooks and CHEF. It's incredible the best CHEF. He still fantastically tasty and extremely diverse. My wife and I ate a lot and to us all fantastic all enjoyed it. This is a great team. This team has done everything to make us forget for a while about the house and about the work and feel in paradise.

The resort was absolutely amazing. Beautiful scenery, great service, very clean, very professional, and I was so impressed that I'm considering returning next week before leaving Cairo. If there's any impressive discounts for retuning guests please me leave know and I'll reserve 2 rooms for 4 nights.

Fabulous resort. I chose it based on previous reviews and was not disappointed.
Great hospitality and professional attitude in welcome and easy fast check-in process.
The resort has a special environment; you feel comfortable from the first moment. The staff was professional, friendly, and keen to satisfy the guests.
Staff are taking care of every little detail that shows that they are well organized and have a good management orchestrating the great performance.
The landscape is great and well cared. The facilities were fine. The resort is big and for my mother to get around, golf cars were available that allowed her easy move around the resort.
This is the first time where during my stay the customer service called us daily to check if we needed anything and if everything is ok. In the restaurant, the customer service representatives also asked people daily about the food and whether it is satisfactorily.
The room was big with a great Sea view, very clean and beds comfortable, and the shower was excellent.
A beautiful holiday, my mother and I would most certainly return soon and would recommend it.response / report this review -

We had a great time. The hotel is very nice and the Room, Reception and Waiters Staff are Great.
The Food Variety was not adequate to a 5 star Hotel.
The Pool animation was only a loud speaker with music?
I saw the animation team always going from one place to another but very few activities were made?
The restaurant waiters were great and although some of them are not very professional they seam to care a lot for the guests and are very nice and willing to help all the time. Thank you!
The Diving Center Staff was very helpful and professional.
We will be back for another great week soon and we hope that you improve the food variety!response / report this review
