Super perfect, starting from the front office staff to the room luxury, the breakfast is super delicious and the buffet is full of varieties.

Simply it’s the best place to be in city, you can feel that from the moment you reach the hotel,
the luxury lobby, the reception staff and the fast & smoothie check-in
the golf car man, everybody is smiling and treating you as you are the most important gust ever
the room was so clean, quiet and comfortable, the free WiFi is everywhere , everything is just NEW and PERFECT
All staff was Perfect and everyone is smiling all the time
so friendly so you feel you are home
the beach is so VIRGIN , never been touched before, pools were huge and clean, I liked the guy who cleans your glasses on the beach !
Food was fantastic ! I think they have a food stylist
Chiefs and resturant staff was sooo friendly and helpful
The animation team was amazing and very friendly and active I even can remember names (margrita, fifi, svetlana, samar, rawan, kosita, dema, alex,)
everyday early morning those guys was cleaning everything in the hotel !
even the house keeping was making up the room everyday with a DEEP cleaning
Simply if you would like to be treated like a King you should visit this place.

Hotel is a peace of art, "Alcázar" is a type of architecture design for palaces built in Spain during Muslim rule between the 8th and 15th centuries.
you will be stunned from luxurious design of the entrance; a lot of comfortable well designed seating area, hospitality is in it's best way, all staff are very friendly, well trained, sparkling cleanliness is everywhere, hotel has 6 restaurants (all for free if your package is Ultra All Inclusive), food is perfect ,really you can enjoy a fine dining experience, in all restaurants they use authentic & fresh food ingredients, all rooms are very comfortable & have a brand new furniture, hotel has 3 huge pools (one of them for relaxation), recreation team is very professional, finally you will really enjoy the experience.response / report this review -

A magnificent beautiful hotel with superior service worth every dollar. Very unusual for Egypt to find such a great place to stay.
