stayed there in 2013 for my best friend honey moon this was just an amazing experience full of joy.
the Egyptian staff was so nice so polite.
honestly I felt was home and very welcome.
food was yummy always fresh and always huge variety.
simply the best in sharm
will be back soon guys

Stayed there in Dec 2014. The reception area looks great and clean. But the room is something else broken down Furnature and dirty dirty bathroom. Oh and my son found a cockroach in the bathtub(I'll see if I can attach pics). When I complaint they sent housekeeping to check it out and replace the towels but nothing was done. The food was very bad quality, most of it not even edible. Had to eat out for the rest of my stay. The staff very rude and very unprofessional I heard some of them cursing the guests behind their backs.
Bottom line this looks like it was a nice place at one time and they gave up on it and now they cater to a lower class of clients.
