Reservation Manager Mr. Amr and reception staff is excellent! But the food taste is not up to the standard and tasteless. Management needs to take immediate action on the food and beverage level. I am now at rm. no. 408 !

Everything about this hotel was incredible, from the tantalizing meals to the amazing staff. The private beach and aqua park make the hotel one of the best to stay in.

Good hotel. Very big and clean territory, staff is friendly and helpful. Nobody is asking for tips. Rooms are good, foods in main restaurant is average but still ok. In the lobby there is coffee bar for persons who likes coffee. Good animation for children. If you traveling with them I think this hotel will be a great choice
