I spent 2 glorious weeks at the barcelo and had a wonderful time
The room was large clean and had everything I needed
The staff from the housekeeper to the management the waiters in the restaurant including our waiter ahmed said ahmed loved and the animation team including kimo the front man and jamaica for his music were very helpful polite and couldn't do enough for me to make my stay enjoyable
I will defiantly be back

Me and my wife booked junior suite online as it looked luxurious and costs a fortune, despite that hotel looked cheap. Generally, the hotel showed up worse than expected. My reasons in details:
Whole hotel:
- Ugly and unmaintained hotel lobby and restuarant. Central rug was dirty, statue of mother egypt hugging guests looked cheap. Generally, the hotel appeared to have a large architectural budget but was cut down affecting quality of design and construction.
- Staff were smiling at our faces, but we ordered suger to our suite but they didnt show up.
- Dinner was so bad, except few dishes we liked. Deserts were limited with no Eastern sweets provided.
- Breakfast was ok with nice varaities.
Suite:
- Hot Water supply was week in our suite.
- Terrace was not secured/private as it was partially open to neighboring terrace.
- Layout of the room is nice, however quality of finishes sucks. Images show that.
- Maintenance of the ceiling, Jacuzzi, and glass window is bad.
- lighting layout is bad, with no deviater switches. Even no light dimmers existed.
- Bed was nice modern design.
- They brought a plate of fruites which was a nice gesture.
I recommend it to anybody who is looking for a normal (not suite) room, in a 3 to 4 star hotel but not 5.response / report this review -

The stuff is very helpful, wonderful Sandy Beach looks at mountains and desert. The pool is big with bar for drinks and snacks. Different and delicious food and dessert. The room was wide and serviced well.
