Coolest see that i ever saw. Normal hotel and service, cleaning. Not good : drinks and food. Bad : prices for stable internet, massage, aditional services.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Not a 5 stars hotel nor all inclusive. Lots of extras, including drinking water!!! The main restaurant is very poor quality and I question the hygiene. The other restaurants in Soho square well to call these restaurants is totally misleading, more of cafe dinning hall which maybe inviting if looking for a late night donner kebab.

This is definetly not a 5 stars hotel. All inclusive doesn't include water! The pools were closed all afternoon because there was too much chemicals in the water! Finally the restaurant wasn't good, poor variety and quality. Will not go back for sure.

Such a wonderful place to stay in just came back from 10 days vacation with my family, prices are very reasonable, the rooms and amenities are very clean and looked after regularly. rooms are spacious, clean, room service are very responsive and honest, used to leave my money and valuable stuff on the side table and not using the safe box and nothing lost. the entire staff are amazing, very polite and guest oriented, smiling, friendly and yet professional. multiple huge and clean swimming pools, the beach is amazing, water is clear for wonderful snorkeling and diving. food is tasty and lots of verities. I can not stress anymore on how great and wonderful are the staff. this is my 3rd visit in the last 10 years and I will be back again. this is by all means one of the places I can recommend to anyone

Thanks administration and the hotel staff for the warm welcome.
In general - were satisfied with the rest. The staff is very polite and friendly. Beautiful well-groomed territory, a lot of greenery and flowers - it is very pleased. The room was cleaned well, but the rooms themselves - require attention, maybe repair.
Regarding nutrition - you need control over the presence of dishes in the restaurant. In my opinion, you need to supplement the menu, make a more varied menu of fruits.
I also want to focus on the Spa Center: we visited it and there we had a conflict. The program of the proposed procedures absolutely does not correspond to reality Pay attention to this, because the cost of services is high enough, but the quality is simply awful.
That's all, that's all. I wish the hotel further prosperity and excellent tourists.
