whoever doesn't respect his customers and specifically when they are citizens of the land they have their business on doesn't reserve any stars at all honestly.

Very bad hotel. Because. This. Hotel has open restaurant. The people. Eat like animals. They don't. Know anything about organizing rules.

Only reason me and my partner came to this hotel was because of the situation in sharm and we had to stay a one night in this resort.
Absolutely shocking. Walk in and the place is full of mosquito at reception. When talking to the guy behind reception he spat on the floor. The room !! Please don't get me started on the room. Looks like it has not been cleaned for a year. The restaurant was shocking, had to line up for 20 minutes to finally see the food all cold and not even safe to eat.

Very bad experience, supposed to be hotel one star not five.
Bad treatment, most of the employees have no aidea about how can deal or treat with the customer .
If you are Egyptian choose another hotel as they ddon't respect the Egyptians comparing with the foreigner.
