Great exclusive place. Worth every penny. On second day I started to call my room home. Very friendly and professional atmosphere.

It was a pleasant stay, we stayed for 4 nights in garden view classic room, the scenery was beautiful, th staff were helpful and hospital.
Room service was good, only 1 comment on food portion; it is so minimal for what is payed.
Everything was clean in the room but during breakfast and dinner in ramses, the staff were always late to clean the tables and we would stand wondering for long time until we can find a clean table.
The pool is a wow, so is the cocktails served by it.
There is a diving center (camel dive) and watersport booth (shamania) by the beach so you don't need to go out to reserve any trips, I tried them both, they are trust worthy.
One con in my journey was my last night on the resort where New loud neighbours have arrived and I found out that the walls between the rooms is paper thin that we couldn't sleep, we could even here their toilet flushes!!!!!!! Not goodresponse / report this review -

Greate hotel. Very good service. Sea view room is clean. Italian restourant is very teasty and Eleksandr is the best waiter. :)

Friendly and professional staff, elegant rooms with the best sea views ever.

One of the best places that I ever been in..
The staff are really professional and helpful.. the animation team the best.. Restaurent staff specially Mr Baha'i.. are really great..
Mr mohammed Hijazy one of few good people around all sharm..
House keeping need to have a look on it.. food need to be changed from day to another ..some insects outside the rooms on the grass but not this bad..
