Hotel central friendly staff although more suited to Ukraine guests with animation and guest relations focusing on this. Some rooms have not undergone a refurbishment and are not too good however after being asked to move we were given a resurbished room. Usual.no umbrellas after breakfast as hotel allow guests to reserve their sunbeds early in the morning. Gardens are lovely and the public areas are clean. Pool is pretty and well maintained but on the small side if the hotel was at capacity. Food is good and all are accommadating nothing too small or big for them to do.

Best Hotel in Sharm ! . The room service were very helpful and nice. The food was awesome and the variety was great. Walking distance from my room to the restraunt, the sea and the pool didn't exceed 2 mins, which was the best thing because everything were really close. The hotel is next to the Old Market, which was great for shopping and they even had concerts over there.

Excellent! First of all, the lobby smells great. There's always someone at the desk to help. The air conditioning is the best of all the hotels we stayed in during our 3 week stay in Egypt. Three meals were included in our room rate. It was served buffet style. They have a complimentary shuttle that can take you to Na'ema Bay which we used and it was great! All in all it was a great experience.

A well established & lovely hotel in the heart of the old village of Sharm El Sheikh with its own private beach at the head of Maya Bay. 400+ rooms, very hard working & friendly staff. Good selection of food, well presented & tasty. Many rooms have been modernised recently. Only 30 minutes from Sharm Airport.

First of all i would like to thank Mr. Amr the front office manager and all the reception team for their endless help during our stay.
The hotel is perfect for relaxation. Simply cozy place where you enjoy your vacation with no worries. Very nice sandy beach.. location is near to everywhere in sharm.
I strongly recommend the hotel to those who search for a hotel to relax and at the same time near to th markets and shopping places.

The stay was really great, the hotel is warm feeling ,
Staff are very helpful and offering you more than you proposer or expected.
Food was perfect even if it was with a limited varieties but you with great taste and very clean. I gained weight during the stay as the meals were really irresistible.
Small appetizers in the bar like chips or peanuts gives additional pleasure , drinks were great, and in general they use the best brands in water, cola, and juices.
Animation team was only 3 members but they did the best, they are very friendly and helpful.
The restaurant staff were perfect, the executive chief and the assistant , the administrative staff of the restaurant, all were seen many times during the stay and they kept asking for feedback and they really really do a great job.
The hotel is a great value for the money compared to other hotels that offer less quality with higher rates.
