As a resort it's really fabulous , the beach is rocky but it has good sandy areas, you will need a sea shoes to feel comfortablealso there is a long marina for the people who love to snorkel and enjoy the amazing creatures down there

Nice hotel with personal pier and beach (sand). Good place for holidays with kids and for scuba divers.
Few restaurants - italian, egyptian, european. Fitness centre (small). Children and adult (1.5 m) pools.
Do not order a hookah - very bad quality. (
Paid wi-fi in rooms, free cocktails in the bar (near lobby). Green and clean territory.
Not far from international airport (15-20 min by car or bus).response / report this review -

hotel is really great in your are inhouse , however to get the room booked is awful, bad bad bad, no body answer the phones landline, sales staff, reservation staff, telephone operator. it is really frustrating, try it yourself now and pick the phone and see if anyone will answer you

Beautiful grounds, decent rooms. A great get-away for Egyptians, just OK for outsiders.
I travelled here with my husband and his Egyptian family. I was the only one who fell ill from the food, and came home with an eye infection I suspect I got from the pools.
I was most offended by the hotels insistence that we provide a marriage certificate, without warning. My husband, daughter and I all have the same last name. The same was not asked of any Egyptian relatives, nor was the need for such documentation communicated ahead of time. Unprofessional and embarrassing! Not the kind of drama you want to put foreign visitors through, when their patronage is so desperately needed.response / report this review -

Jaz Mirabel is a wonderful Hotel with a wonderful services and a wonderful views.
I really enjoyed the my Room which was a side sea view with an amazing view to the pools and a very pleasant view for the beach at my side.
But there are always some missing things even in the best hotels.
1) The animation team was not that good at the day activities and almost not present at the beach, they are so active in the night show and the night activities but not the day ones
2) The food there was not that diverse in 2 of the 4 days i stayed but i really enjoy the chicken shawerma they served on my last day their.
3) I think they were not ready for the guests when suddenly the guests number doubled over the night, that is when i really felt that they have shortage in their staff and their services.response / report this review -

Beautiful hotel and grounds. The staff & atmosphere is really nice. Would recommend going here as very close to beach, lovely hotel & staff.
Great entertainment and all inclusive is a good option!response / report this review
